How do I close my Spinz account on a permanent basis?

To do this you must contact our Customer Support, providing your reasons for wanting a permanent closure, or you can initiate your self-exclusion directly in your My Account section.

Note that under most circumstances, it’s not possible to open another account at Spinz once you’ve requested a permanent account closure.
